Social worker service includes the following:
- Individual conversation with users and their kin
- Help and support during accommodation and adaptation to new home conditions
- Participation in organization of free time activities in accordance with needs and interests
- Help in achieving certain rights and mediation before other institutions::
- RFPIO – collecting documentation and submit requests for monetary aid – third person care and help, redirection of the subject pension
- RFZO - collecting documentation and submit requests for exercise of rights to various aid (nappies, wheelchairs, band-aids, ileostomy and colostomy discs and bags, dentures, etc.)
- Police departments – regulation of residence address and stay
- Centre for Social Care – sending requests for establishing the temporary custody
